Terms and Conditions
Last updated: November 1, 2022 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with the https://greenpress.ca website (the “Service”) operated by Green Press Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, in whole, please do not use the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You are responsible for providing up to date shipping details to ensure accurate package delivery. We are not responsible for any misdelivered packages due to customer error with not providing delivery details.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions:
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account on desktop or mobile before your subscription is expected to renew. If you are unsure of renewal date please contact us by email at info@greenpress.ca. You can also email or call us to cancel or pause your subscription. You will be responsible for all charges incurred prior to the pause or cancellation of your subscription; this includes any order(s) processed before pausing your subscription. Pausing or cancelling your subscription will not automatically cancel a processing order(s). In the event you pause or cancel your subscription, we may still send you promotional communications. Please send us an email if you want to opt out of receiving those communications.
Cancellations of your subscription must be made before your renewal date and not less than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery day.
Once the subscription has been billed the order cannot be cancelled. Once the subscription order has been dispatched through either of our delivery partners it is the customers responsibility to track and receive the order. Declining an order for any reasons will not warrant for a return or refund. The Service is not responsible for any delays made by delivery personnel or other courier services. The user understands that unforeseen circumstances may occur but our company will not be held responsible nor will issue any refunds.
We attempt to provide a delivery time window for delivery, but cannot guarantee exact time. The user understands that delays may occur and cancellations may not occur due to delays with courier and delivery services.
Regular Orders:
Order cancellation requests must be made 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date by either calling us or emailing us at orders@greenpress.ca. We cannot cancel a processing order that already has been dispatched or less than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery day. The following options are available to you: 1) Change the date of your delivery 2) Put delivery on hold for a future date when you can accept the delivery 3) Refund (only if before 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date).
Once the order has been dispatched through either of our delivery partners it is the customers responsibility to track and receive the order. Returns and Refunds
If there is an issue with a product or ingredient(s), please contact us at orders@greenpress.ca within 24 hours after receiving your order. We require photo evidence to support any claim you have. In the email that you send please include your name, order number, the issue at hand, photographs and expiry date on the product(s). For quality-related complaints regarding your order, we require photographic documentation of any product before we provide a replacement, credit or refund. Please note that due to the nature of our products being fresh, raw, and unpasteurized, we are not responsible for products not being consumed by the best before date and will not accept returns or issue any refunds.
Complimentary Items
Complimentary items such as straws or other promotion items are subject to availability.
Product Availability
The website may contain information about products that are not available in certain packages. In the instance we are out of stock of one or more items, Green Press will substitute for the most similar replacement available. We will always notify the customer of such substitutions by email. The order will be dispatched before we receive a reply for confirmation of substitution.
Automatic Subscription Renewal
As part of our product offering online we offer a subscription-based juice delivery. By signing up for a juice subscription and checking off the terms and conditions box at checkout upon completion of an order, you acknowledge and agree that Green Press Inc is authorized to automatically charge you on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on the subscription you have selected. While your subscription is active, order renewal will continue until you pause or cancel your subscription OR if Green Press Inc suspends providing access to the sites or products in accordance with these terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that Green Press Inc will proceed with automatic recurring payments without the need to obtain additional authorization from you.
Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
Promotions may be available for a limited time.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
Communication
By using our Service, the user consents to Green Press using SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Green Press through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, discounts, early product access, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Green Press. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. You may opt out at any time by emailing us at info@greenpress.ca
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

Mobile Terms of Service
The Green Press Inc mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Green Press Inc (“Green Press Inc”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Green Press Inc mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Green Press is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Green press is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all contents, including but not limited to text, images, graphics or code are the property of Green Press Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may display and copy, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the Service only for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Green Press Inc. Any other use is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms do not grant you a license to use any trademark of Green Press Inc. or its affiliates. You further agree not to use, change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Green Press Inc, its principals, officers, directors, representatives, employees, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers and agents, from and against any claims, losses, damages, losses, obligations, costs, actions or demands.
These include but are not limited to: (a) legal and accounting fees resulting from your use of the Service; (b) your breach of any of these Terms; (c) anything you post on or upload to the Service; and (d) any activity related to your account. This includes any negligent or illegal conduct by you, any person or entity accessing the Service using your account whether such access is obtained via fraudulent or illegal means.
